Kristin Fuller BSW, MSW, LCSW
Founder & Executive Director, Safe Bridge Family Services
Kristin Fuller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia with more than 20 years of experience in child welfare, family systems, mental health, forensic services, and court-involved cases. Holding both BSW and MSW degrees in Social Work, she has worked extensively with child protective services, high-conflict custody matters, trauma-impacted children and families, and forensic documentation. Her professional background provides a strong understanding of the intersection between child safety, mental health, and the legal system.
Kristin is the Founder and Executive Director of Safe Bridge Family Services, where she provides leadership and oversight of supervised visitation, monitored exchanges, and family support services throughout Northeast Georgia. She is committed to maintaining child safety, professional neutrality, ethical practice, and objective documentation in all services provided. In addition to her clinical and forensic work, Kristin has served in leadership roles with the Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW-GA) and on the Board of Directors of The Foster Children's Foundation, reflecting her long-standing commitment to strengthening families and supporting vulnerable children throughout Georgia.
Melissa Powers BSW, M.Ed.
Supervised Visitation Monitor
Melissa Powers holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a Master of Education in Counseling (M.Ed.), bringing a strong interdisciplinary foundation to her role as a Supervised Visitation Monitor. With years of experience in community-based social services, she has supported children, families, and individuals in building resilience, processing trauma, and working toward stability.
Throughout her career, Melissa has served in leadership and director-level positions, developing expertise in managing complex caseloads, maintaining ethical and professional standards, and collaborating effectively with courts, agencies, and community partners. As a Supervised Visitation Monitor, she is committed to providing a safe, neutral, and supportive environment where parent-child relationships can be observed and strengthened with dignity, compassion, and a steadfast focus on the best interests of the child.
Shameka Harrison BS, MS
Supervised Visitation Monitor
Shameka Harrison holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services. As a dedicated human services professional and proud Georgia native, she brings more than ten years of experience supporting individuals, children, and families through advocacy, community engagement, and direct service.
Shameka is passionate about strengthening families, promoting self-sufficiency, and helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. Her work is guided by a commitment to compassion, collaboration, and empowerment, with a focus on fostering positive outcomes and lasting stability for those she serves. Through her dedication to service, she strives to create meaningful impact within both the lives of her clients and the communities she supports.
